6/13/20 yesterday the neighbor girl came over my dogs know her and ran right over to say hi Farrah followed but her hair was up and she was barking she wouldnt let her pet her. we also had some people over and she panicked and ran back inside to her crate she did not want to be bothered with them. she also wants to play with cats however her way of asking isnt the quietest and she does think it's a game when they run she tries to catch them she absolutely would not hurt them but she does want to play I attached a video with the cat I have. ours could care less they are used to it. when I introduced her to my moms dog she growled and showed her teeth she was very afraid of him and hes the most laid back non dominant dog ever. it took a couple visits with him for her to feel comfortable enough they are ok now but she def needs alot of patience and time shes just so unsure of everybody and everything.

Farrah is a follower not a leader.  She follows our Shepherd everywhere and they are constantly together.  Knowing this I think she would do best in a home with another dog sibling.  Farrah also loves to play with other dogs, once she is comfortable with them.  She does get along with our cats, who are very tolerant of dogs, but she does chase and bark at them to play.  Our cats turn and walk the other way, however maybe not all cats would be ok with this. When meeting new people she is very cautious and almost crawls on her belly.  She is still very afraid of a lot, but we are slowly working on this.  She is not a high maintenance dog.  One to two short walks per day seems to be sufficient.  Farrah likes to be held and I'm pretty sure she thinks shes a lap dog!

Farrah was rescued from one of our partner rescues in Texas.  She was tested with cats and did well (see video).  She arrived to her foster in Pennsylvania on May 29th.

8/20/20. I was able to test Farrah with small children 2-3 year olds and also 5-7 year olds she does not care for anything coming directly at her face (especially if its going fast) she will immediately go in reverse and try to get away.
