Update (Feb. 25, 2021) - Athena is currently under the weather with an upper respiratory infection. While she is healing (and contagious), she is unable to interact with other pets. Once she is feeling better we will be able to observe her with dogs and cats and different aged children. Athena has a sweet disposition and seems to love being around her humans (velcro!). She is excellent in the car, housebroken, and crate trained. She is not used to heeling on a leash (we're working on it) but she is obedient when corrected. She is occasionally mouthy like a puppy but does not bite. The vet says she is around 1 or 2 and not spayed. She will need to be spayed; SSR will cover those expenses. If you are an approved adopter and are interested in this dog, please let your case worker know. If you are not yet an approved adopter but are interested, please complete an adoption application!
