Steve is a 3-4 year male, but acts like a puppy when he’s playing.  He loves to play with balls and is always up for a game of “keep away”, but also loves belly rubs. He enjoys the company of other dogs, but would be ok as a solo guy too.  He is heartworm positive, and undergoing treatment.  Seems to be housebroken, as he’s had no accidents.  He’s kept in a kennel situation currently.  Although he’s been around cats, he shows way too much interest in them, although an extraordinarily dog=savvy cat might be ok.  He is skinny but we’re working on it.  He knows how to sit, but needs continued leash manners.  He has no idea how big he is, and may accidentally knock a small child over with his exuberance.
