Meet Baron – Your Future Best Friend

Baron’s journey has been one of second chances and teamwork. Baron was found wandering a Texas neighborhood in November 2024 when our friends at Companion Animal Network scooped him up.

Baron traveled all the way to Virginia as soon as we could get him on transport in May of this year. He’s been getting the care he needs and the love he deserves.

He has completed his heartworm treatment and is now healthy, happy, and ready for his forever family!

• Medium energy, but a high-energy breed, and would be a good hiking partner or running buddy.
• Dog-friendly, will play with some dogs and indifferent to others, has little prey drive. He can show a little jealousy when attention is paid to other dogs, he just needs to be re-directed.
• No Cats Please
• Walks great on a leash, crate trained
• Enjoys his toys and playing ball. Durable toys only as he likes to see what’s inside the stuffies.
• He has great focus.
• Up-to-date on vaccinations and neutered.
• Likes couch snuggles
