Freda is a happy-go-lucky 4-year-old pup who loves nothing more than running, playing, and living life to the fullest. She’s always been a ball of energy, bringing joy to everyone around her with her sweet personality and zest for life.

But on August 30th, Freda’s life took a turn. After a visit to the vet, it was discovered that Freda had a cruciate ligament injury. At the time, the hope and recommendation of her veterinarian was that rest and recovery would heal her injury, and for a while, she seemed to be improving. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago, Freda’s injury flared up again. This time, a specialist confirmed that surgery would be the only way to give Freda the chance to live a pain-free, active life.
The procedure, called TPLO (Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy) surgery, involves carefully angling the leg and installing supportive plates. This process relieves pressure on the damaged ligament and helps the leg heal properly. Freda’s recovery will take about 12 weeks, but with your help, she’ll finally be able to enjoy her favorite activities again—pain-free!
Freda’s spirit is strong, and she deserves the opportunity to live her best, happiest life. We need your support to make this possible. Every donation, big or small, will go directly toward Freda’s surgery and recovery care.

Please help us give Freda the chance she deserves—a chance to run, play, and live without pain. Together, we can give this sweet girl the happy, active life she loves so much.
